Insurance
I am currently accepting Aetna and Optum (including UnitedHealthcare and other subsidiary insurances) through Alma. You can use Alma's Cost Estimator Tool to receive an estimate of your co-pay or call your insurance company directly.
Out of Network
For out of network clients I can send a Super Bill at the end of the month to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.
15 Minute Complimentary Consultation
The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of the work. If you do not trust your therapist or feel comfortable in disclosing deeply personal information, you simply won’t progress. I encourage clients to treat this similarly to any other work environment where you are hiring someone to meet your needs. It is extremely common to shop around for therapists until you find the right fit. For this reason, I offer 15 minute phone consultations for you to assess our potential working relationship.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for therapists who are working toward licensure in the state of California.
50-minute Telehealth session
